(My part of the oral presentation)

Hello we are Maria Guardiola and me, and we are going to talk about one of our favourite film, Grease.

-TABLE OF CONTENTS:
First we are going to explain the technical details of the film, secondly the plot summary, then the main characters and the likes and dislikes of the film, and finally the recommendation and a video of Grease.

-PLOT SUMMARY
Danny and Sandy met in the summer and they lives a perfect summer romance. But at the end of theis holidays, both should return to their school, knowing it's the end of their relationship. The first day at school, Danny returns with his group as the leader of the T-Birds. His friends eager to hear what Danny had done during the summer. While Sandy has changed school and sent to the same school of Danny. In the cafe knows the group of Pinky Ladies who are talking about their summer romances. Soon Sandy and Danny they meet again in high school, but this time Danny ignores her, to save face with their friends. But the separation will not last long...

-RECOMMENDATION
We recommend you to see Grease because it's a fun movie, has scenes that make you laugh, with many songs, dance and love stories a part from the principal

AN EXTRA WRITING

MY 2015 GOALS

This new year I've proposed some goals, both in studies and in my daily life.


In the first place, I've proposed to pass the nine subjects of second of Batxillerat, and secondly, if I can pass the subjects, get good marks. To accomplish these aims I decided to dedicate more hours to study, always do the homework, and if the teachers give us an extra or optional homework, I'll try to do it.


Focusing on my daily life, I've also proposed some changes to take a better lifestyle. To start with smile to life, don't give importance to things that aren't important. Besides I'll intend to help people when they need it, and be a better person.


Lastly, I think that I can achieve my goals if I become conscious of that and I be a better person day after day.

OPINION ESSAY

FACE-TO-FACE COMMUNICATION 

Nowadays there are many different ways of communication for example; social networks, letters, telephone calls and so on. I agree with the fact that face-to-face communication is better than the others.

First of all, when you don't see a person with whom you talk to, you could be answering another person. In my view the other paths aren't completly reliable.

Secondly, with other ways of communication you can't get an immediate reaction and answer the other person who you are talking to. In my opinion this communication is full of lies many times.

As I see it, face-to-face communication has been losing for the thousands of ways we have to manage. But none will be like face-to-face contact, as you look into the eyes of the receiver and you can see the sincerity of it.

FLIPPING THE CLASSROOM: EXPLAINED

Flipping the Classroom is one of the ways to teach the students. These classes are practical, it comes to teacher do a videos and share with students explaining the theoretical and practice and do experiments which the teacher explained. This is a perfect way to do a different method class for that students do not get bored. This a big change because we continue to use the theoretical long classes of our ancestors.

ESTHER GUERRERO SIGNS FOR NEW BALANCE TEAM

Esther Guerrero was born in Banyoles on 7th February 1990, she is a female middle-distance runner. Thanks to her career, today she is part of the New Balance Team as she signed for this team last week.

She started her career about 12 years ago, when she was a 13 in the juvenile category. During all this time, the runner has competed in different competitions around the world like the 800 meters event where she became the winner. She has participated in other races, and she has coached athletes in CN Banyoles.

As a result of her new signing she has set clear aims. She wants and wishes to achieve two important goals; first, to qualify on the top 3 for the European Championships and take part in the next summer Olymplic Games in Brazil.
